At Audio Uprising, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-inspired fashion, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your rhythm.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
